Shipping & Returns

Iris Arco offers a made to order service so consider each garment can take up to three weeks to be completed. Once knitted and sent, shipping can take up to seven days.

Please be aware of taxes and import duties of your country policies. International shipments may incur with additional custom fees for which you are responsible for paying.

If for some reason your order has had an unsuccessful attempt at delivery, and for some reason it is returned to Iris Arco shop, please keep in mind that there will be a redelivery charge at the buyers expense
