A great way to create a more sustainable closet is to start by investing in winter clothing. A nice coat or a good quality jacket that goes with everything can be a good start.
I personally started doing this with sweaters, obviously because I knit them myself and also because I found that having a nice, good quality sweater made me feel more comfortable, warm and without having to try too hard, I could make it the star of my outfit.
